How you will study
This course runs live online over Zoom, three sessions a week, two hours each, so you can complete the full qualification in around 11 weeks. Short pre reading and activities on our Virtual Learning Environment prepare you for each live session, so class time is used for discussion, practice and real application rather than one way lectures.

How you will be assessed
You will build a portfolio of evidence across both units. The first unit is assessed through a written assignment, and the second through real, live assessment practice with your own learners, observed by your assessor. Every piece of work receives clear, supportive feedback.

After completing the qualification, you may progress to the Focus Awards Level 4 Award in Understanding the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment (RQF) or the Focus Awards Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices (RQF).
